An officer on a motorcycle drove up to me after I made a right turn. He said you need to stop at the first line. You know you're driving an intimidating vehicle. You must think that gives you the right to drive like that. You're overdue for a moving violation. And then he rode off.

Glad to not get a ticket and apologized, but what's with the anti big truck attitude?

I was delivering Pizza one night (good summer job for students) in my sisters Sentra gutless car and the speedo was off so I was just kindof going about as close to the speed limit as I thought then all the sudden a Crown Vic is on my tail practically touching me scared the crap out of me he pulls into one of the turn lanes at an intersection and yells at me to slow down. Scared me pretty good lets say I am pretty careful about my speed. Can't afford a ticket, Wyotech is too expensive.

 

Thats BS ! What a jerk!. Some cops are that way.

 

Sounds like he was just giving you a hard time and had not much else to do. The exact opposite happen to my brother when he was driving my truck one time. He was driving my truck right after I straight piped it and had a cop following him at a very close distance. He came to a stop light and the cop pulled up next to he yelling for him to "get on it and burn some rubber" and that he loved to sound of the truck.

 

He's just doing his job, and actually let you slide quite easily. I had motorcycle cop yell at me from the bushes one time, He yells "Hey Milhaus, you got money for a speeding ticket" and I yell back "No!". So he yells "Then try slowing down a little". I think I was doing 40 in a 35. I'm just glad I didn't have to shell out the $129. I figure it's a working man's break. Nothing personal.

 

I'd be mad if some random cop called me a Milhaus.

you got that right! i got pulled over for racing some ford and the was more mad about the smoke. he went on and on about it. I was ready to say give me and ticket and just let me go. I dont care who got smoke blow on them. its not like im driving by spraying paint on someones car. I didnt get a ticket either but thougt I was going to get one for sure. my truck doesnt run good until about 40

 

I was being sarcastic.

 

Evidently folks don't know what you do for a living you were at fault for something he felt obliged to let you off with a warning don't take a inch and go a mile with it move on.
