What states do not require annuall inspection

Some states don't have their own inspection but require a DOT inspection if over 10,000 lbs. gvwr .
I KY I see the Department of Vehicle Enforcement (DON'T let them hear you call them DOT) stop a lot of 1 tons pulling any type of trailer . Once you hook a 1 ton to a trailer you need DOT inspection on the truck and trailer , medical card , and possibly a log book .

I can't believe the condition of some trucks who move here from out of state and need PA inspections. The worse are the ones who claim they mantain their truck.
I think it's stupid for other states to have that junk on their highways.
It's a shame the state has to tell people to fix their junk.
