I still have the exhaust housing off my first car, a 1.0L Chev Turbo Sprint (Suzuki). The Turbo was by IHI. The outlet of the turbine housing is 1.375"ID , single inlet at 1.25"ID. You would essentially need 1 per cylinder on the Cummins.

I saw a really tiny turbo on the neighbor's diesel skid steer the other day - not sure what make of skid steer it was or who made the powertrain but I am sure I could find out if you were interested.

Thanks guys.

I can't seem to find anything "tiny", turbo wise.

Gonna try some of your suggestions.

There are turbo kits you buy for sleds (Snow Mobiles), I'm sure any size you want is out there.

This link will take you to a site by a guy who is trying to put a turbo on a Vespa

http://www.vespalabs.org/User:Intern..._Turbo_Charger

I have gotten lots of interesting results by using Google to search o the terms 'very small turbocharger'.

When I tried 'miniature turbo charger' most of the results were for turbo kits for Mini Cooper cars.
