Water Cooler (running real late)....... 4 -10 July 04

Guess I'm gonna have to do everything
Without Ed in here first thing each morning to tidy things up, this place just falls apart.
Top, get off your dead hiney and get these folks squared away.
Hope everyone had a good and safe 4th.
Back to the grind and DWI.
Have a good one folks.

Mornin folks,
Home improvement is going well.
Windows are in, siding is done, doors are on.
Central a/c crew is on vaca this week, be back on Monday.
Front walk, steps, and flowerbeds will be started on probably next week also.
Finally got the phone hooked back up after 2 weeks, that's another story, a shining example of the efficiency of our local utility companies
Gotta get to work so I can pay for all this.
Have a fabulous day.

Getting ready for my morning commute which takes anywhere from 45 minutes on a good day to 2 hours on a bad day. Lately it has ben taking me almost 1.5 hours. Works not too bad once I get there. I guess it could be worse. I used to work 10 minutes from home but I hated the job. At least I'm driving the coolest truck on the highway....

Back to the grind. 3 days off and rained every day. Wanted to get some staining done at the cabin, instead did some yard work, and deep cleaning. Released a couple little trout. Hit some trails deep in the woods looking for a new fishing hole. Never did see a bear. Found a nice huckleberry patch, not quite ready for picking yet.

Mornin all,
Boy ... not having the PC at home anymore has really cramped my style and keeps me from droppin in for a visit as much as I would like to. End up spending more time answering ignorant amounts of work related e-mail instead of jaw-jacking with you guys. I obviously need to review my priorities, eh ?

But, it seems like everything is in order here...

Time to finish up the week. Y'all take care.

Just finished Changing the ATF in The Beast.......
Now filled with with AMSOIL ATF (+4 Rated) Dang that stuff is expen$$$$ive
Took 10 1/2 qts with the Valve Body loosened, (had to go back for 3 more qts), and adjusted the bands.
Curious to see the shift difference from ATF+3.

Also changed the front pads.

Been a busy day in the Toybox.
Thank goodness the Coronas didn't run out...........

Why does it seem I always work harder at home on vacation than I do at work?

Now time for some of Wifey's Roast Beef and Potatos.......Yum, Yum.
