I think the sun spots were affecting everyones driving this morning. They were plowing into each other everywhere. Couldn't get to the fax....was going into withdrawals.

Probably only incidentally, by affecting their phone calls. : "Hey, you still there? Hello? Oh crap, look out!" Crash...

Mornin' all
Shaping up to be a nice day here in north Texas. Windy but sunny and warm (what is this phenomena called "rain" I've read about in other posts?).
Today is my Friday 8) Tomorrow, gonna' take the wife to Fredericksburg, TX for the weekend for her birthday. On the way, gonna' stop at the first ever Dr. Pepper bottling plant where they make it the original way: they use pure cane sugar to sweeten it instead of cheaper corn sweetners. Supposed to taste better, I'll let ya know. If the weather holds, we are also going to San Antonio to see Shamu splash around.

Have a great day/weekend y'all

Come Sunday morning around early hundred hours, Shortround is going to hoist a cold brew and sing "thank God and Greyhound they're gone!!!!!!!!!"
It's been a long month. 947 vehicles on 242 railcars in 4 1/2 days and no one got hurt.
It's winding down. Now to go TDY/TAD to Hood, draw per diem and POV miles and start fielding new equipment. Javelin and ITAS for the grunts and M119's for the redlegs. grunts are getting M-14's for extra counter sniper fire power PLUS the addition of 1 Barrett .50 cal per platoon.

Dennis!! You don't like Dr. Pepper?! It's one of my favorites. Cane sugar or corn syrup, doesn't matter. I can only have the "diet." :-

Mornin' people !!!

Spent last night retiring our Command Master Chief after 30+ years of service to the country.

Why the heck is the screen so blurry this morning ??? I think I have a tumor .

Should get better with a little fishin' pole therapy ...

You folks have a great day ... it's Friday !!!

PHew....Friday. Only 4 days until I leave for Japan . I hope I don't go into DTR withdrawals while I am gone.

I guess I will be a giant for awhile . I can see myself on my knees trying to take a shower and wash my hair. :

Beautiful day today...everyone take half day from work and enjoy. I am trying to line mine up now. ;D

Have a great day!

Dr.Pepper=YUK,,,, sorry DeWain,,,,,,, the only thing that kept Dr.P from being at the very bottom of my "Stuff to Drink" list was the experience of tasting a TAB cola once,,,,, WHEW!,,,,,,, talk about GAG!

Just happened to be looking out my window a few minutes ago when I noticed something really cool. There are thousands of Monarch butterflies flying around. It is really nice to watch them flying. Amazing how fast these fragile creatures can move.

Dennis, I have to agree with you on the Tab thing. I also tried one, once. Had a taste bad enough to make you want to jump up and slap your gramma.

Those are not butterflies ......You need to back away from the tequila Stan!

All kidding aside, it is incredible how those tiny creatures migrate so far every year. Wish I was there to see it with you Stan!
