Geeeeze,... guys and gals........ya'll gotta start gettinng up a little earlier.

Ahhhhh Coffee's hot, (cup #1 gone) I can smell sausage cookin' in the kitchen and french toast (freedom toast??) made with cinnimon bread is gonna be on the table in about 10 minutes.
I LOVE it when wifey cooks breakfast. ;D :P

Morning Y'all,
You can now safely bring your single daughters out of hiding. At 6:15 yesterday evening, our oldest child, Derek, became a married man. Therefore he is no longer a threat.
The wedding went great. The rain held off until it was over with. The #3 washtub full of cool refreshing beverages was so cold it hurt false teeth. The preacher was as nervous as the bride and groom. Mom was all aglow and Dad was calm, collected, and sweating like a hog in a dress uniforn that allowed about as much air circulation as a MOPP suit or one of the yellow nuke suits. The temperature was about 95 and the humidity right at 100%. Sure glad that ordeal is over with. I did manage to get out of the uniform into a pair of overalls and boondockers in less than three minutes.
Everything is quiet, for now. I missed out on the first group of selections and will have a much better warm and fuzzy by Tuesday afternoon when they do the second set. All staff personnel go on orders Tuesday with the rest of the personnel starting around the 13th. It's going to be quite a show getting these 4500-5000 processed in less than four weeks.
Time for breakfast. All that finger food from last night didn't hang in there very long.

The Yugo comes with a 5lb tub of butter to slather myself with to slide into position. I moved the steering to the center. No lean to the drivers side now.

And, he pulls the motor out to make room for the pedals - - it is his exercise for them little puny legs. You can always track a Yugo real easy - - follow the little rust trail. That thing would be all Scotty - - you would think the windshield would be his sunglasses. 8)

Another week all ready. Heading for the hills for three weeks. Enough of this Florida heat - - hope the leaves start turning while we are there, but I think we will be a couple weeks early. Just as long as it is cool. Finally get to feel the Ghost pull a hill with that fiver back there - - wow, can't wait. Ya'll be good til we get back.

Gotta try to combine (mow) the grass in the swamp (yard) today. Gonna go out of town on company boondog, er ah, business tomorrow for the week. Gonna be in Charlotte NC all week.

Caught two monster Rainbows last night and cooked them on the george for dinner. MMmmmmmm. Actually, took Karen and Chris to the county park. Use to be a fish hatchery, now they have fish feeding and fee fishing on weekends. Showed Chris how to catch the first one, and let her get the second one. Hard to keep her at the dinner table, but she ate it all up last night. Had fun on the toys, watched some canoe'ers, skipped some stones.
