Get up, if you feel like it. Stay in bed a bit longer.
Sure could have used Scotty to bend the power cable and stuff it through the conduit. I was pushing so hard, my feet kept flying out from under me.
Coffee's ready. Y'all have a good one.

Have a great (and safe DON'T DRINK & DRIVE) Super Bowl Sunday.
SR, use a shopvac to blow a string through the conduit and PULL the wire in...............

What a morning ... went to the shop this morning to get the grill for this afternoons football events and wouldn't you know it, one of my goobers left the security gate wide open and both of the tow behind gas grills are gone.
I hope they choke on their BBQ !!!
Oh well ... it is probably gonna rain most of the day anyway so I guess I will just use the oven instead.
You know, that tip about using a shop-vac to blow a string thru the conduit is pretty darn ingenious !!! Man, you just never know what you will learn on this site.
Have a great day ... I hope your team wins !!!

Pistol,
Tie a piece of plastic bag on the string before you put it in the conduit......and don't try to stop or guide the string when you hit it with the vac......it'll burn your fingers.
This is how I pulled the comm cables to my garage 110' behind my house.
It took about two seconds for the bag to make the trip in a 4" conduit.
PS, maybe a couple of your troops "borrowed" the grills........hope you find them.

That is unbelieveable. Some people have no conscience at all I guess. I couldn't sleep knowing I had done something like that.
They broke into my tool box on my truck while I was in Charlotte NC and stole four tool boxes, three folding chairs, and my 600 amp jumpers. Can't tell you on here what I hoped would happen to them.

Stuffing the cable through the conduit wasn't a biggie. It was bending the stuff and getting it dressed out inside the panels that was fun. It all worked out. No sparks, ***** of fire, or odd smells. Gonna fire up the chain saw and work the stiffness out.
The saw mill guy called me yesterday and I picked up three loads of slabs. 16 foot trailer stacked 4 ft deep. Guessing 6-7 cords. All hardwood. Thinnest is about an inch and a half thick and goes up to six inches thick. Burns good and is free. Come on down. Got plenty of saws, fuel, and beer.

kachusch Such a wonderful sound from the reason for the pause that refreshes.
Got a bunch of wood cut up.
Got minor electrical bugs killed.
Son working on a couple of water leaks.
Remind son again that it's best to leak test BEFORE the line is covered.
Remind daughter-in-law to remind son.
Remind son that the majority of his genes appear to come from his mothers side of the family.
kachusch again.
