Too-tall dually?

I don't know whether to laugh, cry, puke, or genuflect, look at the truck and see what you think. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=31831

Re:Too-tall dually?

I could defniitely find better ways to spend $80k, but take off the sleeper and the flames and i think it'd look a lot better...

Re:Too-tall dually?

I'd vote for puke myself. Looks like a rock hauling truck from the rear. 80g eh? Some people have more money than brains.... ???

Re:Too-tall dually?

I thought the suspension system looked well designed, but that's about it. It looks kinda funny with the big rig steer tires on the front, would've looked better with some gnarly drives like are on the rear. I agree about the sleeper, but what would a monster truck be without flames? BIGCUMMINZ, I like how the smilies go in waves. Nice effect.

Re:Too-tall dually?

That ain't no dually. That's a 2500 QC shortbed that's had some surgery done to the rear-end. Six-foot bed, and no room front & rear of the tire bubbles. It's a 3/4 ton dually-wannabe. :P

Re:Too-tall dually?

That puts a new meaning to the phrase "phreaky"! Why do that to an already beautiful truck? What a waste of $55K.

Good eye.....It almost does look like a shortbox, in which case its a butchered 3/4 ton but its a little hard to tell with that sleeper on there.

I have to agree with Pickle......I like the flames too...and it seems to have the HP to back them up.

Re:Too-tall dually?

The sleeper makes it look like a short-bed. It it were a SB, with the sleeper, there would only be about 2 feet of bed exposed! Just think, for what was invested, one could own TWO CTD's.
