Is there a doctor in the house

Is there a doctor in the house
Alright yall. For the past 3 weeks, I've been fighting a cold. No big deal. But while I was fighting the cold, I was also fighting headaches everyday. So for a week straight, I took 2 sudafed and 1500mg of tylenol. Well, now my cold is pertty much gone, but my shoulders and my neck are so tight, I can't hardly move them. And late at night, if I get even the slightest chill, I start shivering uncontrolablly until I get in bed or I get warmed up. I told yall that so maybe anyone here who is a doctor or is related to one might be able to tell me what's going on. But my real question is how do yall go about loosening up your neck and shoulder muscles when they get tight. I've tried freezing the muscles. I've stood under a hot shower for 30 minutes. That helped a little, but the muscles tensed right back up. I drove over 500 miles in 2 days this weekend just driving people around. Needless to say, my seat is well broken in and is no longer comfortable to sit in. Thanks for any help yall can give me.

That's what I've been thinking. The fever of the flu. Right as the cold started 3 weeks ago, I spent all day installing a lift on a friends truck in a cold fire station. I've quit taking the tylenol and the sudafed cause it says to stop if it doesn't get better within 7 days.

From some website::
The onset of the flu can be sudden: people describe feeling "like they've been hit by a truck." Common flu symptoms include sudden onset of fever and chills, cough, muscle pain, headache, fatigue and weakness. Some people also get a stuffy nose and sore throat. Chicken soup alone isn't going to do it if you want to treat the flu. Visit a doctor right away if you think you have symptoms.

Whatever you got is going around like crazy up these parts. My wife has been sick for nearly 3 weeks and is just starting to feel better. People all over my work have it too. Hacking...blowing...more hacking. I'm getting somethin' myself now. An irritating dry cough. Had a pneumonia vacination several years ago after getting it good. Hope it helps now.

First things first.....have you got gauges? Before you can diagnose any problem with your truck, i mean your body, you need to get gauges.....
jk
whats your temp? Gotta sore throat? You could have mono, since you run around with all those wild women in C-Stat. (if Tylers gf is reading this, I am just kidding). lol
Hope you get to feeling better. I find that keeping Vitamin C in my diet helps keep my immune system up. And if you drink any kind of alcohol, then stop. That will kill your immune system, and antibiotics (if you are taking them).
