Nice. My Bro is looking for a diesel truck when he gets his license next year. I am trying to talk him into a 1st or 2nd Gen dodge but he wont have any of it unless it is dirt cheep. He like ford as his boss (farmer) drives a 95 Ford 250 PS. He loves that truck. He talks it up and down to me (ie We pulled 12 cattle up such and such a hill and 60 the whole way up
) I said, give me the trailer and watch how I would pass you doing the same thing accept I would be accelerating! He doesn't want a 6.0 because they cost to much but likes the look. He also says dodge has bad trannies (being duped by his boss again). Again if it is a diesel he wants it. But not GMC. Oh well.

I nearly started to cry from laughing so hard when a cheezy super duty ad came on Television right as I opened this thread up.

Good to see that you helped the guy out. Not many people would have done that.
And guys laugh all you want I seen three Dodges last week towed to the dealership for engine problems. And guess what, the tow trucks were all Fords.
