we would lose a lot of expeirenced people by going to a single term administration.
but i would also agree that there would be definite advantages to it also.
eliminate completly the entire state and federal tax system and implement a federal sales tax. no paper work-- forms to file--no corporate loopholes.
each state would get a percentage of what is collected from their state for their operating budjet
