Stop by NAPA or something and get a two-speed shifter switch. Sounds like it will fit your wishes.

DieselDude....I just did a search on napaonline.com and cant find anything with that part number or manufacturer's name....

I think if you find the NAPA switch, youll have to fab up some kind of mount for the gear shift.....if you happen to know a machinist, he can help...

In the book, it showed the switch as a Two Speed Rear End switch.

I took two of the rubber lined wire supports that you put a bolt through, one to fit the switch and one to fit the gear shift lever. Put a bolt in and tightened it up and took the handy dandy Dremel tool and ground to bolt down smooth with the nut. Works for me.

That site is pretty much near worthless. I just did a search for the switch too by name, by number, and everythign I could think of. I even went back and pulled the original sales slip to make sure the number on the box matches what he sold me, it does.
I did a search for radiator hoses and it doesn't even let me list the engine. So much for on line shopping.

I have a copy of the sales slip I can scan in and e-mail you if you like.

Here is the link to my gallery so you can see the switch in place.

If you can't find one, let me know. If you think it will make it across the border, I'll send you this one I got here on the desk and get another. I go right by the NAPA place every day to and from work.

Whatever you do Joel, don't label it as BOMBing parts on the outside of the package......
