Summer's over!

Re:Summer's over!
My brother lives just NW of Houston and I spent a few months of summer there. I liked it. Great weather for serious conditioning.
I also spent a winter on the shores in and around Palacios [sp?]
and Port Lavaca. I have driven through that state at least 6 times too. Was in a snowstorm in Amarillo that was very similar to what we see here on a bad day. The driving was a bit more tedious with the non familiar out of state folks that perhaps had not seen snow like that.

Srigs, hmmmm, sounds like fighting words to me. Some of the softies from warmer climes may take exception. ;D

Re:Summer's over!
My parents are snow birds and live in Sun City West, AZ during the winter and Minnesota in the summer so they can golf 300 days a year. My wife and I come to visit and low temps are 50's and highs in the 70's were in shorts and shirts and everone is who is native is in winter boots, gloves, hats and heavy jackets. To us that is perfect weather!
Mexstan, you need to add go ice fishing for the Minnesotans for everything under 25 degrees. Your right about the Vikings to.
