betadine is the only thing i've found in 21 years that i am allergic to. i had surgery and they packed the open wound with gauze soaked in betadine to keep the wound clean, and i ended up with a 104 fever, a headache to rival the WORST of migraines that lasted for 18 hours, threw up everything in my system, broke out in hives, and had trouble breathing. this was all in the hospital and it took them that 18 hours to figure out it was the wound packing causing the problem.

At least it didn't get your face. I burnt myself up a few years ago trying to ignite some brush I had piled up. Let's just say I have a whole new respect for gasoline and how fast it burns.
Got it from another guy. I am gonna ask him why he calls it that.

I was cutting some bolts with a torch under a truck and a big piece of slag popped off and went right down my sleeve near my wrist and melted a huge hole in my forearm.
I should have had gloves that overlapped my sleeves.
