so comming home from work. traffic is pretty heavy. guy in a minivan in front of me is swerving back and forth and pretty much driving like an idiot. we pass 3 exits before i finally realise whats going on. his wipers failed and he using a squeegy to wipe his windshield.

any person with half a brain would have pulled off at the first exit and either tried to fix the problem, wait out the rain or call a wrecker. no this guy keeps driving. so he gets off at the same exit i get off at and again is swerving in between two lanes. almost runs a civic off the road and crosses over into uncomming traffic and back again into his lane. does he slow down? nope. he speeds up. its a 50 km/hr zone, im doing 60 and all of a sudden this guy speeds off at about 90-100. i have it all on my cell phone im gonna try and up load it.

In our area we can call #77 from a cellphone to reach a Highway Patrol dispatcher and relay the ID10T's vehicle description and tag info.
