Smoker Recipes?
Finally got around to buying a nice smoker the other day and I have been abusing it every day since.
I have just about exhausted all of my recipes (or whatever you want to call it for a smoker) and was wondering if any of you have any good ideas (such as rubs or stuff to put in the water)?

the rub i use is this:
Make as much as you want.
Beer, bbq sauce (your choice) , stubbs rub, caynne pepper.
Mix beer and bbq until thick as a glaze then add stubbs and pepper. Quantity depends on how much you want. You need to be able too see the stubbs in the mix when your done. It works well for ribs, chicken brisket or anything else. Buy a beer can chickn rack and some beer and different injectable marinades and you'll be busy for a while. I think a whole chicken is about $4. Cook at 350 for 2 or 3 hours and your good. Meat thermo comes in handy when cooking anything on a smoker. I love mine. Happy eating.
