McMopar,
LOL, that was some random pic he pulled off the internet.

24X48 sounds pretty sweet compared to about 1/2 the guys on here who have a 1 car garage that won't fit their truck even with the mirrors folded in! A two car is usually aprox. 484 Sq. feet, and only 22 feet deep which won't fit a quad cab. My attached garage is 720 sq. feet and still won't fit my truck.
You're doing alright.
(Look back a few posts, Hoss is full of it)

I have a two car garage that is 18" to shallow for my truck, not that I can even walk in it. I have WAY too much junk, I really can't walk in it at all. Thats going to be my winter project- clean out the garage. I wish I could do a full shop in an out building, but my subdivision has a rule 8x12max... I can't wait to move

Before I moved into my subdivision I put in the purchase offer that they let me build the 28 X 48, eventhough it was double the size that was written into the covenants!! I think before I leap!!

I have to keep an eye on this one,my garage is attached to the house and boasts 1560 SQ.FT. I'm in the process of insulating and and getting things squared away for winter ,so my shops a mess, but I'll posts some pictures as soon as I'm finished up.(Some nice looking shops out there guys)

And I have a stinkin apartment parking lot... Management dosen't like it, but I had vehicle matinance alloed written on the lease. By the last manager. Who was a good friend of mine. She was also the one that told me the trailer was just fine. Management hates me now

I can't wait till we find a house.
