WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
I'm taking the collar off my wife's cat right now! But honey it's the law.
Be very very quite... I'm hunting kitty.
Here are a couple of pictures of one that I bagged a while back (before it was legal).
Note to all of you animal rights fanatics out there. The cat jumped into the bag by herself. It's a shame you have to add a disclamer like that.

I have been bottled up the last few years working and have had only a few days to play and fun about. This could be interesting, but somehow I dont think it will happen.
Did you read the paragraph in the article? Here is the text:
The cat hunting proposal had its origin with Mark Smith of La Crosse, Wisconsin, who could not be reached for comment. He said in an interview published in the La Crosse Tribune recently that he was not anti-feline but "If you open the door and kick your cat out at night you've changed its status."
Changed its status? LOL
I was actually in Lacross and Winona this past winter. I did not see a ton of wild cats, but I can guarantee ya....I saw more bald eagles in the river channel than I have seen in my lifetime. I wonder if they would try a cat out for a change in diet?
The river gets a few spots whre the current is strong and it does not freeze over the eagles are some great fish catchers. I bet a cat would be more of a challange and the fur those things grow could be a pain to get down that skinny eagle neck.
Don~

Well, without cats a whole lot of us would have seroius rodent infestations...
Then again, usually cats that are good hunters aren't very good pets.
I never liked cats until we actually got a nice one. I know it declassifies me as a heterosexual man, but this little tabby cat is so incredibly friendly that I actually enjoy petting it.... I know that I shouldn't, but the little kitty just melts when you come near him and practically throws himself upon your hand. I love my wittle cuddly kittie... And I'd be rather angry if somebody shot him.
And now, to regain some masculinity I shall continue to look at pictures of Diesel trucks...
