Im out of work for two days just to replace the head gasket in my Saab 900. Not really a bad and tough job. however searching for edit to remove non-sponsor vendor link is next to impossible because of its rarity. Started right up without any problems but here comes again. it's having problem once again. Need to replace the had gasket now and fix this issue anymore...any idea please....

 

I put a used head on a 900 Turbo a long time ago. Had to find a used head as the one that I took off was too warped to be fixed. Got parts from NAPA and SAAB. Can you even buy a new SAAB anmore?

 

Did you have the head checked to make sure it wasn't warped?

 

The one I took off was warped so much that it could not be milled flat. I checked it on a mill with a dial indicator. Used one got milled down and installed.
