Huh, my Aidan's first day of school is tomorrow...
I don't think that the wife will let me.
The pills are just barely strong enough to take the edge off. I might ask for something stronger. I'm taking one every 4 hours.
Anyhow, didn't sleep too good last night, I hope I get a couple of naps in today.
Doing my leg exercises, everything is going good but one, laying on my back and sliding my heel toward my butt while bringing the knee straight up. That one stings a little bit!
Ok, back to rest!

Mark, glad you're doing fairly well besides the pain. Michael's mother went thru the same thing last year and I helped her with exercises and such. Progress was slow for her but she's in her 80's and didn't exactly follow her Dr's directions. Once she 'got with the program', she progressed much faster. Good luck!

Greetings. Back from my R&R before I return to work next wk.
Hope you all are fairing ok.
Mark, glad to see you got the knee done. In a few short weeks...you will look back with relief.
I almost have full range of motion and gained back the mass that I lost in the wks prior to the surgery. Physio on Monday.
Gotta run...I mean walk briskly...without a limp!

Almost nooner all!
Slept in a bit today. Took the kidsto the fair last night and closed it down. Had a good time.
Hat- perforate are pretty good but don't always work. When I had mine done they gave me oxycodone. Those things worked so well I didn't know I had a knee. After 2 days in a complete fog I couldn't hardly function so I seiches to the percocets and dealt with the nagging pain. At least I could be observant of my limbs and surroundings. Good job on streching right away. That'll really help.

Yeah, this stuff is oxycodone, just generic percoset, I guess. Can't even feel it working, I guess it is, or I'd be a lot worse. Speaking of which, time for another one...

Ain't nothing worse than that constant throbbing. Buddy I feel for ya! Had my ACL and MCL repaired a couple of years ago. Whats the milligram, 500 or 750?
