Hey Stan - - I think it was a little ole Mexican terranchula hanging on the ceiling, saw the Hulk, alias Scotty, walk in, got scared and let go and landed in his cup. No wonder it didn't wiggle long - - saw that face coming in too close - - had a heart attack. Poor little spidy - - scared by that big mean ole Canuck.

Gorgeous day here also. No sense in working on a day like this - - been in the lanai reading paper and sipping ph00. , that is. Yeh.

Seriously, everybody I have spoken to is glad this guy got caught. The Mexican army is putting the squeeze on the bad guys and slowly but surely appear to be winning.
The city I live in is one of the safest in Mexico, but like all large, growing cities, crime is slowly coming in. We seldom lock the front door here. Love it here. For those that are curious, check out the city of Queretaro on the internet.

Afternoon all! Had a nice day today. The Alabama chapter of Vietnam Veterans had their traveling memorial at church today, pretty cool but sad to see all those fine men and women who have sacrificed so much for us. Thanks to all the vet's. Went over to a friend's house and had lunch, fished a little and came home to DTR.......................... A little more applause would be nice.

Evening DTR, watched a little football today. GF came by and we went to Bass Pro Shops to look around. Ended up getting a hooded sweat shirt. Found some stuff I want but don't really need right now. Her and I talked a little bit over lunch today about getting a new truck. Been looking at getting an 06 regular cab 4x4 2500 CTD. Had alot of stuff start to break or wear out on the 02 recently and it's been nickle and diming me to death. She thinks its a good idea, she could even get me a good loan through her work too. I love the 02 but I've rode in and drove a few 3rd gens, and I see why you guys/gals have them. Some nice riding trucks! Plus I'm not wanting to have to replace a VP44 again. Gonna have a few beers and relax for a while.

FO, I'm almost 25 and I would never dream about dating an 18 yr old. The big reason is my little sis is now 18 and it would be very strange to date a girl the same age as my sis.

Just got back after an awesome day with my daughter and some clan. We went to her gymnastics class and most everyone there was teasing me about joining the class and tearing down the parallel bars or ripping through a trampoline...not very nice folks if you ask me. Then we hung out with my mother...GAMMY as I am told by my daughter.

What a surprise, Stan and Fiverbob in the same room as me. We go back a few years and looks to me like PhiverBobs in need of a few more sPheres his way.

Gotta go check my deer camp though. Opening day Saturday. Little bit of crashing tonight. Got some snow sticking to the ground and black ice on the roads.

Never thought of that before, but we do go back a few years, don't we? Come to think of it, we could probably be counted as some of the originals here on DTR.
I don't get on here that often as I am quite busy, but do check in often and just keep an eye on how some of y'all are behaving, or should that read misbehaving?
Scotty, go ahead, be jealous, but even after trying for years your cold projectiles can't reach me, even if I am close to being the same distance away from you as Bob. The reason is that I have a hot desert north of me that just melts your junk long before it reaches me. But do me a favor and fire away as we need the rain.
It was cold this morning, all of 11 degrees C. By about 10:00 it will reach 18 or 19 and by 13:00 should be around 23 or 24 degrees C with a humidity of around 30%. Ahhhh, Paradise..........
