I ordered parts from them on monday of this week and have yet to recieve a confirmations or a tracking number of any kind. Has anyone ever had problems with these guys? My father in law ordered a CAI Sunday and has the same problem, whats the deal with these guys?

I don't know anything about them but that is not that uncommon in this business. Sometimes I ship from other warehouses and by the time I receive a tracking number so I can pass it along, the customer already has the item in hand.

Not making excuses for them, I just know how aggravating it gets for me sometimes trying to supply tracking numbers and the like. As far as a confirmation, the store software should send that automatically, don't have a clue there....

thank you, It jsut says they should be sending it to me sometime this week in their e-mail and on their website it says in processing, just gets me nervous.

Rollin Smoke is my second favorite place to shop after the DTR store. I have never had any issues with James, his customer service has always been top notch.

Check his website, if he is out of town for some reason his orders usually go automated. This may be the case. Usually he ships out almost as fast as Top, and Ive always gotten a notice of shipping. Get in touch with him, no reason for me to believe he wont make it right.

Me too. I've had good service getting my Smarty from DTR and heard nothing but good also from Rollin Smoke! Hang in there.

well part of it got here today but the stuff I need like the smarty and the egr and throttle valve deletes did not so I spoke to soon
