Question Rims for a Dually

Ok, folks, I need some help here...

I am looking to find some dually rims in a 17x9 size. I thought that I could have some made by stockton wheel, but they don't do it.

Anyone have any input? At the present time, the only other thing I can think of would be to purchase a set of steel rims and have them widened. I'd hate to do that, but.....

Well, it's to run larger/wider tires. I plan on putting a 2" leveling spring up front and running BFG 315's all the way around. The narrowest rim that is recommended for that tire is an 8.5" rim, so I decided 9 is an even number.

I ran 315 on my 8" stock rims on my 99 2500. Won't the 315's rub on the dualls?
