Breakfast was good but lunch is looking great!

2 more hours till shift change. Better brew another pot. Maybe the janitor hid something special in the closet again.

Occasionally, you hear of the 'gifted craftsman' who lives in some remote location, makes one or two doohickeys, (whatever his product may be), a year and has a waiting list of 10 years for his product because his are the best that can be had and people are willing to wait for them and then pay 100 times more than they'd pay anywhere else for a similar thing. Well, this is who we have here when the 'doohickeys' we're talkin' about are hand tied flies. Don just hasn't realized it yet!

OK, and so - - where is everyone???? Told ya - - it's that crazee name.

Grabbing some ph00 . Hey, not bad.

Looks like everything is normal around here - - Red is thinking fish and bamboo rods and fishing for the Lockness Monster somewhere "over there." Cin's on a mission. Scott is trying to get everyone staightened out - - forget it man - - too much diesel sniffing - - it does things to ya.

Gotta run to a funeral. Good friend - - thought he was on the mend and suddenly - - boom - - gone. Miss him.

See ya,

Bob

Home from work. Picked up a fuel filter for the dodge today after work. I did a service on it over the weekend but no one had a ff in stock at the time. Got a Wix brand from a friend at my local parts store. The ribs sat in the fridge all night and all day today with the dry rub on them, just put them on the grill, they should be done in a few hours. Darn, I'm starting to get hungry thinking about them, might have to make something just to keep the hunger pains down. Gonna make some chive and garlic red potatoes and some corn on the cob with the ribs. Gonna go open up some beer and relax for a while. Gotta ice down the hand too, smashed a couple fingers really good today at work.

Just finished dinner, the ribs were excellent! No leftovers for tomorrow, everyone liked them. Filling out some paperwork for a job interview tomorrow afternoon at a local power plant.

Evenin...

I went to post last night, got about 10 minutes into a reply... computer took a poo on me... cheap NMCI Buyback...

Range today, played around a little after... nothin big. Changed my raidator fluid.

Boys, my OL has been treatin me really good lately... I think one of us is gonna die soon. Probably me, late in the night from a frying pan falling out of the cubbard in the kitchen and hitting me in the head while I'm counting sheep in the bedroom...

Don't get me wrong, she always treats me like a king, but she has been extra special to me since I got back from the boat. Maybe she got a letter from the doctor saying I had brain cancer and I'm gonna be pushing up daisies in another month... jokes on her... I got no brain!

She says it's because I've been satisifing her multiple times in multiple ways since I've been home... I didn't know mowing the yard made her that happy... or was it baking her muffins one morning? I don't know.

Anyhow...

I'm gonna get in trouble...

she just loves my wife, when we left last night, she hugged susan and smiled, and her eyes just GLOWED, she said " I will see HIM before I see you again "

freaked me out.
but i called her room this morning, and she answered the phone and was chatting me up.

drank 2 wendy's milkshakes today, so guess she is better now...

Night shift checking in. Looking for the coffee.... if somebody left it out for the donuts to get to, I hope ya walked them afterwords.

Big news last couple days is the chronic wasting disease. They found a positive doe on a game ranch nearby. The whole state is in quarantine for all the game farms. This morning they neutralized his heard. Was busy last night makeing copies of lists for the game farms in each county and getting them out to each post and county dispatch in the district, so the farms can be watched for violations of the quarantine. No movement of animals or parts on or off the property. They already got one trying to move a tested positive animal off the farm above. Sounds like all baiting is banned for now and gonna be extra check points for required testing during deer season. Anybody in the state with ties to a game ranch (deer/elk/moose), pass it along, they're not blowing smoke, they're serious and watching hard.
