Quick Chevy 350 Gasser Question

I've got a quick question for you intelligent people in here.

Would any one happen to know the spark plug gap spec on a 350 EFI, out of a 89 Chevy? I don't have the manual nor is their a sticker under the hood indicating the spec.

Thanks.

usually either .045 or .060.

Those were standard gaps for the small chevy engines. Being efi, I would go with the .045 spec for now

I seem to remember it being at .35

Call up the local parts house. They can give you the factory spec on it.

On Edit:

According to Autozone's website its .35

1987 is 42-45, however a 93 is 35 so i'm not shure but i would go 38 and call it good. its not rocket science but it does help to have the wright gap.

Yea that to. lol

I hate working on gas vehicles, changed the fuel filter and got a headache right away. Never liked the smell of gasoline.
