Adding an "on demand" water heater before the pump would give you a nice hot water supply is your able to run 220 Volt to your location.

Forget the big box stores. You need a commercial grade washer. Get something with a Honda engine and most important, a CAT pump. There are places online that will sell you this combination. The one I can think of off hand is Higher Power Supplies. A CAT pump isn't cheap, but it won't leave you hanging. It's is a little inline piston pump. The pumps on the cheaper washers are rotary. Sound familiar?

Honda engines are good not doubt (I've got a Honda generator) but I've had really good luck with this washer:



4000 PSI - 4 GPM - 15 HP Command PRO Kohler Engine.

Here is some good information on the engine.

Britt, I have the same washer and I run the you know what out of it..... I really like Kohler engines. I think they are great runners.

i bought mine from northern tool. 3200 psi. was told the water heater combo ones can be less reliable due to the heating element but then again i just heard that. anyhow its been awsome and more than enough power. have to be carefull not to blow paint off stuff. just ask my front bumper.
