That's the new thing around here, at least that car is pretty clean looking, most of them around here are early '90's crown vics or caprices (a lot of ex-cop cars) with 24+ wheels on them, the cars themselves are all beat up and in poor repair but they got $5K+ worth of wheels on them. Talk about priorities, they were hauling their babies around in 100 degree weather this summer with no a/c but they got some shiny wheels on their car.
