Polishing Aluminum

I just picked up a 2000 Mack r-model, 425, 18 speed with a j&j aluminum body. At one time it was polished but the last owner let it go. I have tried everything to bring it back but I cant seem to figure it out. Its oxidized and dull. I just want to make it look all the same and at least shine alittle. Thanks for any help in advance.

We use this companies products, their aluminum polish has brought back fuel tanks and rims to a near new finish, lots of elbow grease required.

We use stuff called "speed" at work , it's about 100 bucks a gallon , spray it on , let it do it's thing for a few mins, then rinse it off , and wash the area with some good car wash soap , then polish the area once dry , with some polish compound and a rag , comes out looking like a mirror.
