I have no problem with him exercising his rights as a business owner even if his stance is lame. If the police officer is unintentionally driving away customers by frequenting the place, the owner should do what he feels is necessary to resolve it IMO.

Also ive heard that if you can prove that you get a certain amount of law officials in your joint that you can get your insurance lowered...is that true????? If so that guy just messed things up for himself.
