Got my cup, Thanks Bob!

Today is looking to be fun. First plan is to clean up the Magnum. I keep it backed into the shop. I went to get it out last night and it seems I have also stored a flock of pigeons or pterodactyls in the shop. I hate to wash it, normally only a duster, but today, Maggie gets a bath.

After that, DW wants to get ice cream. I like easy days!

Have a safe week!

Good morning DTR'ers. Thanks Bob for the coffee. Will come back soon and grab a cup, but first need to finish my morning fresh squeezed lime, honey and hot water.

Had a very good night. It looks like my bronchial problems are over. Hope never to go thru that again.

Looking forward to very good day and then lunch with friends under the palm trees later this afternoon. Hope the rest of you have an outstanding day.

Greetings from up here eh.

Had a camp out in the tent with my daughter last night.
Was awakened by some butthead honking erratically at 0530 somewhere nearby. Then I heard people yelling to stop the honking. It went on for close to an hour. Crazy.
I was very close to going and removing the horn/driver/vehicle.

Hanyweek folk of DTR

Good Morning People, finally getting time to check in....

I was up early honking my horn in Scotty's neighborhood trying to find him but I couldn't get him to show himself...I guess he was sleeping in.

Have a Safe Week!

How's been using my Slick ***** coffee cup?
Roxie ate one of Sam's relatives this morning.
Windows open and fans on again. Need to move further North where they are still getting snow.

Mine used to bring them to me and lay them on the floor so I would step on them when I got out of bed.......minus the head.

My last cat would leave the head. Staring at you. Accusing you of its demise at the clutches of your brutal executioner.

Ph00, Coffee, Yarns and Fun Place - 6/14 - 6/20

Happy Sunday all y'all from the cool, windy and rainy edge of the Canadian Prairies. I am trying the new app for the first time so let's see how this works.
I haven't been around for 4 or 5 weeks so I hope everyone is doing well.
Unfortunately my truck is not playing nice with me today. As I posted in the 2nd Gen non-drivetrain section, the Schrader valve on the low pressure side of my AC system is not sealing any more

Not soliciting anything here but I do have a complete AC compressor, dryer and seals brand new that did get put on my truck. Not sure if it'd fit a 2/gen

So take a tire valve tool and reseat the valve, or replace it. Then put the dust cap on it with the rubber seal disk in it.

J_Martin, after I posted this is exactly where my mind has gone. Now, it is a pretty big valve stem. I wonder if a normal valve stem remover will work.

Take a short, large (3/16" or 5/32" ?)cotter pin and grind the ends square. Then open it up slightly and you have a valve core removing tool. Use pliers or vice grips to turn it. Or put a nail thru the eye.
