My family and I are looking to relocate to Texas(Mckinney). My wife recently went though surgery so she has a pre-existing condition. Here in CA we have Kaiser Health Insurance. Doing some research I believe there is a Kaiser in Dallas under the name Texas Health Care. Does anyone know if its the same. I'd have to stick with kaiser because of the pre- existing I think. Thank you.

I am not sure I have enough information to answer your question. We have a hospital group called Texas Health Resources...or THR. And I do know we have had....or still have some people insured in this area with Kaiser. They used to offer it at my employer...but I think we switched to something else. Im on a PPO plan now, and that was a HMO plan IIRC.
