Afternoon DTRonians! Took a break from the paperwork to stop in and say hello...
Been a long couple of days. Recruits are dropping like flies... just can't take the stress of recruit training. I'm having a blast, tho. Nothing but fun for me.
Thanks for the presant, Scotty and Heidi! The kids will love the picture thing, I liked it, too!
Well, better get back at it. Lots more stuff to do. Gettin sick pretty good, I was wondering when the recruit crud was going to get me...

Easy on the dawn to dusk HAT....
poor marine hasn't time to zip his pants, much less read....good support though! keep it coming , that 6'2" steel jawed yell machine is sensitive...

If I have Alsheimers now- what will happen when i am 85? oh well, alert and oriented x2 will work.....
we get nice weather and people just fly by here now! We LOVE DTR but THIS IS NOT A DRIVE THROUGH!!!!!!

If I would have thought about it, Madhat, I would have had you go to one of your new recruits and get on his case a little extra. Lady at work just had her son graduate basics, but I didnt find out about it until she went to pick him up down there.

Be nice to those recuits DI, in today's PC world you need to treat them nice. No yelling. You need to ask permission to have them do push ups.

I think if a DI asks "would you please drop and give me 20" he's hitting a baton in his hand.
Got a bunch of rat killing to do this weekend (Last long weekend I have for awhile, so I'm Home at the parents). One of these rats to kill include a new cell phone, I'm getting tired of this one running out of power half-way through the day if I'm in analog territory. I unplugged it at 7:15am and it was beeping at me by 12:45pm and I was in digital territory for 2.5 hours and didn't even open the phone until I went to check to see if I had voice mail at 12:45.

Afternoon...........hey, where's everybody at? Finished work early so went and picked up my new mower. All I can say is WOW!
I knew it would be faster, but I didn't know it would be this fast. What used to take 2 hours with a 21" walk-behind took me only 16 minutes on my first time on the mower. I'm still shaking my head and from ear to ear.

Evenin all. Its friday. Well thursday for me since I gotta work tomorrow. Gonna be a slow weekend here. My brother ordered his twins from relentless; and paid 300 bucks for 2nd day shipping because he'll be leavin town wednesday...anyway, they shoulda been here today. Turns out the aren't going to ship em til monday. He was a bit furious
So that means I won't get to install a set of twins tomorrow night, how sad. Ah well, we'll just have to throw some banquet beers back to make up for it. Hope everyone enjoys their evening and weekend. Be safe out there.
