Over The Counter Scratch Remover?

I used 3M Finesse-it II to polish out the marks and scratches.
If the paint is in fairly good condition and not scratched into the metal
This stuff works great although it is a bit expensive cost around $40.00 for a quart bottle but a little goes a long way.
I get it from my Auto Body Paint supplier, the manager at the body shop where I got my truck painted gave me a bit to remove the fingernail scratched you get under the door handles and some butt scratches across my dually fenders and they came right out never knew they were there.
Of course you need to polish the entire truck afterwards.
This is what it looks like, second picture down.
