Place would make a great breakroom and work shop. Janitor would have to get a D-9 cat to clean it up.
The former Larson AFB is now Grant County Airport. Has long wide runway think it is 13,000 by 250 feet or so. When I lived up in WA, it was used by Boeing for flight training. Could see 747's in the pattern doing touch and goes.

Actually considering what you are getting it is a heck of a deal. I could afford that but I have a sneaking suspicion the wife would tell me to go crawl in a hole if I bought it......
In which case I would have a pretty nice hole to go crawl in..don't you think? The only real downside is whether or not Russia still has it targeted in case a missile accidentally cooks off

Get this: Wife was watching HGTV. They were interviewing a couple who live in an old site. They had picked it up a few years back at a gov auction for $45,000. I swear it looks like that one.----Added--- Wife just informed me that the one on tv was in Kansas so its not the same one. Still would be neat.
