I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and have had no problems with them yet. Maybe its in the agent?
Glad you are ok, oh, and since you will need a new bumper, might as well start looking for the one you have always wanted, so when you get the check in your hand....

The one I hate working with is Allstate. One small accident that I was not at fault for, became one of the most frustrating experiences in my life. Left a very bad taste in my mouth for them. I will never use Allstate for anything and will also try to warn others to stay far away from them.
