Fortunately, yes he was. Although with "Snake Farm" so this might be fun!

It's almost a "good thing" in a way that the old guy took off. It guarantee's his guilt and solidifies your case. Glad they caught him. Good luck!

The other good parts is he admitted to Dave (sherrif) causing the wreck with exactly what I had told him!

Mark have you had bad dealings with State Farm? From what I understand their one of the best Company’s to work with especially during a claim. Oh yea ---- I also work there, so I would be highly interested on your bad experience or is it just what you have heard?

Thanks,
Burton

Mark (and Burt),
I've had State Farm since my college days in the 80's when I was paying $1200 a year for liability on my '82 Citation - oh the malady of being a single male under 25 with a ticket or two... and accident or two....

My agent (was also my USAF recruiter but I was medically declined, damned heart problem! ) has always been wonderful to deal with. All of our insurance (save for life) is with him - 3 cars, house and camper. Have never had a run around or issue!

If you have several hours PM me. State Farm is the worst to deal with.

Other than not having my bill correct once in 4 months (been with them for 4 months) I haven't had any trouble. I'll let you know soon how their claims people are, got a "little" door ding that they are going to get to pay for.

State Farm has been great for me I have house, 2 cars, Harley, and trailer. I have a few "encounters" that they have been very helpful with.

P.S. I hate it when everybody stops but me!

Seems strange. IF the guy has insurance and IF he admitted to being at fault why would he run??

Some people!

Maybe he'd had a nip or two, just for "medicinal purposes," you understand.
