I'm driving down Snelling tonight (very busy street) and just cross over I94 and cars are dodging every where. Lot's of traffic.

So I get to the dodge point and I see a big pile of crap right inthe middle of the street. So I drive 3 wheels up on the curb and put on my blinkers. I grab my heavy leather gloves and jump out. Another car has blocked the lane so I can move the crap over onto the curb. It's bunch of camping stuff. A big chair, a monster tent and a 8 foot table loaded with camping stuff all tied down to it like a raft. Let me tell you that thing was heavy, bent the table right in the middle.

Well I get it all moved over up on to the curb and wave thanks at the guy that has blocked the lane for me.

Then some guy blows around and blasts the horn and waves the number one sign at me out of the sun roof no less. I couldn't hear what he said but it must have been something like this

This is the 3rd time this summer I've stopped and moved junk off the road and everytime I get the number one sign. I'm beginning to think I'm some kinda road chump.

I'm guessing the guy that honors you is well enough back in the pack that, all he knows is some 'idiot' caused a mess up ahead. And when he rolls up and sees YOU cleaning up someone else's mess. He assumes YOU made the mess that is making him late for his Yoga class. So he decides to let you know where you stand!

Thank you for cleaning up someone else's road trash! I wish more people did it! (myself included)

 

Maybe he saw it earlier and turned around to take it for himself, and was jealous you got to it first?
