The big three are hurting we all know that. D.C. is just digging deep to try and find any consumer they can. Its wrung dry, they are just squeezing a bit more trying to find another possible sale.........at any cost.

Are you talking about the commercial with the remake of "Hair of the Dog" By Nazareth?
I kind of like that remake. Don't know who the group or "artist" is that "sampled" Nazareth is though.

Yeah well.... I was looking at the resale value as opposed to say a ******g Jeep. The Jeep Liberty we had lost more than 70% of it's value in less than 2 years. That is unacceptable in my opinion. This Honda Click Here will hold over 50% of it's value over 5 years. Pretty much a non-issue to me. Buy what you like but I will always buy Honda cars and MiniVans from this point on.

Hey, don't make fun of the fish bow, er ah, Pacer. They were cool and besides, Wayne and Garth drove one in Waynes World.
(lets see now, 4BT, OD trans, little extra fuel, hmmmm, this could really work and would look cool too)

Ive owned every other red headed step child of motoring ever made, so its only right I find one and buy it. I was considering dropping the body on a early Bronco frame or? 4x4 anyone

Hey know, Geico is putting words in my mouth. I'm going to drop a CTD into an AMC Gremlin, not an AMC Pacer.
Apache, I forget the years, but there was a Jeep frame that had the same width and wheelbase as a Gremlin. Gremlins were unibody, so you would have to do a bit of surgery on the body so that it is just a body, but you could get the body to fit right on to a stock Jeep frame. And once you have the Jeep frame, you can even buy a kit for the 4bt conversion.
It really wouldn't be that hard of a conversion. The only problem is that it would have a Jeep suspension rather than a Gremlin suspension, but with the weight distribution ratio of that engine up front I don't think that you're going to be doing well in slaloms anyways...
