Here you get the permit at 15 yrs. 9 months. The regs. after that are TIGHT now though. Like as in if you get any infractions you start over your probationary period. Making it tough for the youngins now............

I hear you, only problem is I personally know a half dozen or more people who were minding their own business on the road an ened up dead..........
As long as you are sober, which I know you will be, you'll be fine. Besides, don't you work? You NEED a license to make it practical for you to get back and forth to work, right?

Happy Belated Birthday there Iker !!!! Don't feel too bad about it passing by ... heck, I forgot about my own birthday until someone reminded me by asking how old I was. Had to take my shoes off just to carry the extra digits.
I will say this ... you are far more "with it" than I was at 15. I hope that carries on into your future.
