Nice customer service cummins!
I wrote them a random email last night ............ as I like to write random letters to people, kidding.
I was asking about service intervals and hours etc.. And they got back to me this morning. It was kinda random and vague and they got back to me so I was happy.

Hey Joe, we are glad you like the 07 ISB engine, we like it too! As far as
overhaul intervals we don't have a specific overhaul timeframe published. This
is because there are many factors that go into the life of an engine. These
things include everything from a dusty enviornment to a very hot or very cold
enviornment. What we have published is an oil consumption minimum. When an engine hits these marks it is probably time for a rebuild. These intervals are
as follows:
If an engine uses 1 quart of oil per 10 hours, 400 miles, or 675 kilometers then it is time for a rebuild.
This information comes from Warranty Alert--A0632. The reason we pick this type of guideline is because we have some engines out there with 500,000 miles on them that are still very strong engines.
We hope this information is helpful for you and if you have any questions feel
free to ask. If your project is a repower we will have to turn you towards you
local Cummins dealer/distributor for information. Here at the factory we don't
have any information about repowers. There also may be information about shops specializing in repowers online.
Let us know how the project turns out!
We thank you for your interest in Cummins products. We occasionally
misunderstand a question. If our answer to your communication looks like we
have misunderstood your e-mail please reply with further inquiry.

Wow, dont think ive ever had a response like that, usually I get a couple of grunts that could be made into words, and possibly a sentence
(Not from Cummins, but other online shops/businesses when I have questions)
I will say for another place, I had an inquiry about running a nv4500 with my stock np271 in my truck, I emailed Advance Adapters, and a guy called me the next day, and told me it could be done with factory parts(just changing input shafts on the Tcase), to physically get it in the truck...(aside from the clutch/flywheel/spacer parts, and wiring)
Never had a business call and give me advice without even trying to hustle their own products.

Yeah, pretty cool that they'll email you back... I kinda explained a project I am thinking about doing and I guess the person who answered that thought it was cool.
Answered back exactly what I asked though. So it was good, I was happy.
