Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

Probably not much. It is a sport truck like a lightning. All it's designed to do is go FAAAAAASSSST. ;D

BUT ......Look at our truck (diesel's in general) what are our trucks MADE for? Pulling. Ok What is the Lightning made for? Racing. What have the diesel trucks turned into? Racing. What COULD the SRT/10 do? It could pull. Probaly woudnt do a vvery good job but it could.

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

I've always loved Lightnings, hopefully the SRT/10 will give them a run for their money. I'm sure Colletti will bring something interesting to the table in a few years to respond....

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

Here's a link with some info and performance expectations:

http://www.alteredrealms.com/hotcars/d_ram_srt10.html

I suspect traction is going to be a premium in this thing, so it's going to take a nimble footed driver to get a good time out of it. These things will be mean up top, though.

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

Here's another page with some more info. There's a link on the right "Performance Specifications" that gives estimated 1/4s and 0-60 times. 13.5 - 13.8 @ 106-110 seems to be the guesses.

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

Does it come with two spares?

Because I imagine that after a couple of passes the rear tires are going to be history.

Wonder if a neck brace comes with it as optional equipment?

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

DC should put a neckbrace in all the their trucks.

Re:The New SRT-10 Truck

I have read a few articles in various magazines that said that the SRT-10 is designed to chew up the Lightning and spit it out.

Throw a few sandbags in the bed and the traction should be better.
