Whew..... You must have killed the pizza. You are my hero. Just for that I am going to set up the pot.
The next person in will simply have to open the windows, put on the respirator, plug the pot in and duck until the fumes clear.

Not going to be able to get back to sleep until I get this adrenaline out of my system and get my heart rate back under 100.

About 30 minutes ago I was asleep when I heard something messing with a downstairs window. I grabbed a gun and flashlight and got downstairs just as it stopped.
I ran outside (its raining) got around back and just about shot a porcupine. It had climbed a sapling birch (they like the new leaves).
The birch had bent over to the side of the house and the stupid critter was banging on the window as it pulled leaves off.

After somebody stole that stuff out of my shed I have been wound up so that critter is lucky he didn't make any fast moves.
Gonna watch TV. Glad I don't have any booze in the house cause this would have given me a reason to have a couple shots.
Who am I kidding. The last time I broke my no drinking no daily cigar vow was because of a flat tire (and I was in my driveway).

-Going to rely on FiverBob for the ph00 since he doesn't like the way I make it.
-Hey! Just noticed Tallguy had already provided cinnamon buns.
-I pitched out those things labeled Timbits. Nobody knew what the heck they were and they looked like large animal droppings.
-Also, there were some other new contraptions on the counter that I got rid of.
-One was hissing at me and sprayed me with hot milk when I shot it.

Man, you are wound up, Bark. Settle back, big breathe, relax, meditate, big drink of water - - now, doesn't that feel better??? ...............Oh, by the way, that was not MILK that you got sprayed. ........

Ph00 pot is plugged in and fan is on. So, rise and shine, gang - - - it is all waiting for ya. OK, gotta go get beautiful and head for church.

Think I am going to make some coffee. Get cleaned up and go to town to watch the Michigan race. The new cars are qualifying at over 200 MPH there, I think Lagano was over 203. Wonder how long til a new all-time qualifying record is set.

Called NAPA again yesterday to order my manifold-turbo gasket. Shawn (3rd person I talked to in the last week) looked in the book and told me the gasket I am after is not available alone, but in a kit with the rest of the exhaust gaskets, for $12. Someone who actually look in the books and looks at what's available instead of just what you ask for!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!
Need a few more, wow!!!!!

Morning all! Good thick coffee this morning.
Took the old Magnum to a car show yesterday in Louisville. It ran great on the way up. On the way back however, it did it's normal thing and tried to lay down on me. Looks like it's time for a new fan clutch. Might as well change the pump while I'm at it.

Today, got a bunch of kids coming over to burn burgers and blow up some .22s. I have been voluntold to teach 'em proper.

More coffee, this quarts about gone....

Morning. No yelling please. Apparently I cannot handle Long Island Iced Tea.

Bark, are you sure it was a porcupine or a bad guy dressed in a porcupine suit?

Gotta get dressed and grab my swimsuit too. Grill out lunch and a pool that needs sitting by and swimming in.

Yall have a good one.

Nope, it was a big old porcupine. Somebody who dresses up in a bear outfit around here is asking to get shot.

Morning Bob, NE and other late risers.

Good gun safety teaching saved me from a lot of trouble as a kid. -Even though we were stupid kids,
if a group of us went out blasting things at the dump we would still chew out each other if somebody didn't follow the main gun safety rules..

Looks like Scotty might have been sniffing the top to the sprayer.

About the same but certainly not what I need to be doing.

Tractor supply is suppose to have some good stuff. I can't recall the name off the top of my head though.

Why not call somebody like Industrial Injection if you have to order it?

Sounds like you need to be teaching them auto mechanics first. I still have to change the brakes on the rr and figure out why I keep getting codes for the cam sensor.

Too much tea I assume? Hope it warms up enough for you to hit the pool shorts. It's way too cool here.

Afternoon all.

Good evening all y'all,
That was a pretty productive day. The a/c in the truck works again. I posted over in the 2nd Gen non-drivetrain section. It was just quite low on refrigerant. After that, I patched my leaking 500 gal. irrigation tank, cleaned up the grass in the yard, sprayed the driveway with Roundup and then tried to find the gas leak on one of the lawn tractors. The leak eludes me - I cannot make it leak today.
DW is making tandoori chicken shishkebobs for supper tonight. That will be good.
I hope everyone has had a good day today. Play safe.

Busy day TG. You could use a cigarette lighter to find it but I wouldn't recommend it. Hey, y'all hold my beer while I look for this BOOM!

T-Rad, that is too close to the truth. I had a smoke lit and in my hand when I opened the barn door last night and discovered the 6ft x 2ft puddle of gasoline under said lawn tractor. Note that I did NOT go in the barn and I beat a hasty retreat away from the barn until my smoke was out. I then let the barn air out and then pushed the tractor out to sit on the lawn over night. The poor barn cats were probably half stoned from huffing gasoline fumes. Those poor cats don't get a break. When I smoke meat, the smoker goes in the barn too. That must make them very intriguing to the local coyotes. Mmmmmm, cats that are pre-seasoned.

We got an interesting gift / hand-me-down last night. One of DW's uncles passed a few years back. His daughter gave us his old air pistol yesterday. It is a Gamo Falcon. Quite a cool little air pistol.

From the video I watched on youtube, it could be a bear to set the spring to fire. Good luck with the leak, sounds like it's not safe to operate like that.

T-Rad, it takes a pretty good crank of the lever to set the spring for the pellet gun. No big deal for me but it might be a challenge for someone younger than a teenager.

I'm Q-ing a fresh never frozen turkey breast alongside two 28 day aged sirloin steaks and six cobs of Taber corn. I kind of feel like I should've invited another person or two to this feast.

Naaaaa why bother.
