I've been looking and looking for an old thread that was posted in this forum that had something to do with computer security. In that thread someone posted a link which took you to a site with a test for your computer called "Mike's Toolbox" or something like that. It may not have been Mike's Toolbox, but I seem to recall it was someone's toolbox.

Contained in the link were helpful ways to make your computer more secure for internet surfing. I'd really like to bookmark that site because it was a GREAT resource....but I've been searching for it on here for literally three days now and have not been able to find it.

Anyone recall that thread or perhaps know what website I'm referring to??

I've searched with every keyword I can think to search with and still haven't found it. I DID find a thread where BigBlue said he missed me though.

Anyway, I was hoping someone here might recall that thread or even have the link.

Unfortunately, it looks like he's made changes to his site and took off the one thing I was interested in seeing. He used to have a deal on there that would let you go through and it would test all kinds of security related issues on your computer.

There is a great article on "Spring Cleaning Your PC" that everyone should read.
