Man's Best Friend...
I'm an animal lover but I especially love dogs. I thought it would be cool for everyone to post a picture of their best friend. I look forward to seeing your buddies! Here's one of my buddies:

If you don't have a website, you can create a free one pretty easily from what I understand through Geocities .
If you can't figure out how to post a picture or don't want to go through the hassel, then maybe you can at least describe your buddies!

ill go the easy way first.
Dakota: Yellow lab. kinda fat.
Bandit: Mini Shelty, black and white markings. fast, cute and hyper as all get out.
Dory: Throwback of the day. JK Shelty poodle mix. best gaurd dog we have and she is maybe a foot tall and can clear a 5ft fence
then my 5 horses: Mouse, Annie, Buddy, Cierra, and Lilbit. all quarter horses.
And do my friends dogs count?
if they do:
Jordans 3 dogs: german sheppard, golden retriver, and black lab.
Audri's black lab Zues. what can i say i love animals.

This is Buster, on July 4, the day we found him. He has put on a little weight since then. He was pretty nervous, but has become a VERY good dog. Sweet, obedient...
The rat looking thing in the background is Chuy, my wife fell in love with him two and a half years ago, Animal Aid had had him for 4 months, no one wanted him because he was really skinny, and had a bunch of bald spots that they could not figure out what was causing them. He filled out, and grew his hair back, but is a very timid dog, he was abused by whoever abandoned him. He is terrified of anyone that he does not know, and any loud noises or sudden moements. But he loves my Melissa, and she loves him.
Two weeks from today I am getting a 6 week old English Pointer. He will probabally be named Joe Diesel, and will be my hunting partner.

White Fang is a Siberian Seppla, 100lbs, 14 years old. Notice the ice blue eyes, real chick magnet! Fang is showing his age, but as long as he can get around, and he is in reasonable health, no continuous pain, I'll take care of him. He's my buddy for life (unlike the rumors about me & Begle1 ) Recently, he has started to poop in the drive way. Maybe cause I don't take him in the back of the truck anymore? His way of trying to get attention.
Where is another ferd? I'm still hungry!

i have four cats one came with the house 7 years ago (tigger)
nacho:my kids found nearly starved to death in the bushes at taco johns resteraunt
and these two were found in a drainage ditch as tiny kittens someone had dumped out. my daughter spent four hours trying to get them out
named them molly and mavrick
molly is what they call a tortie cause of the coloring
they have doubled in size since we got them here they are about3mo.

These are some great pictures...Call me simple but I found myself chuckling out loud at all of your pictures. Some of the expressions your buddies make are priceless!
If someone would be kind enough to explain to the other members how to post a picture using the forum, I think a lot of members would benefit. I just figured out how but I'm heading out the door right now.
If it isn't explained by the time I get back I will be glad to explain it...but if someone wants to do it in the mean time I'm sure a lot of us would be appreciative.
Thank you.
