I have a friend like that. Sawed a couple of toes off with a chain saw, back shot from doing stupid things. One hand missing, lost in a corn picker, etc.

Depending on how many employees they have , they may not call under OSHA, tho that's sure No reason to be that careless
There was a farm in northeast Nebraska that got fined several hundred thousand by OSHA. OSHA has a certain number that if you have fewer employees than that you are supposed to be exempt.
That farm had one employee and the fine was for not having a proper dust abatement plan.

They can be a real PIA if the guy is a superman....

You can order them offsite, but then they return with a warrant and can really mess you up with fines and tickets...

Still, the principle idea is good, save a life where you can.

Not sure about private property situations like the one my friend's buddy was involved in...

Can't fix stupid....
