Magnuson-Moss Act
Anyone know where I can get one or just a summary of it? Just incase they give me some hassle. :

I believe there is also some information about it included with the Owner's Manual and tire information stuff you got when you bought your truck....or at least there was with mine.

The MM act isn't worth the paper you print it out on. I can guarantee that if they deny any warrantee, you will be hiring an attorney to fight them. By the time it's all said and done, you'd probably be better off paying out of pocket. Unless you have unlimited budget and fight it just for the principle of it.

I don't know bout that. I've threatened a couple of managers with it and got my way. And I'm only 18. Most people don't know about it and they know this. I guess it scares them when someone does know about it and uses it.

I think it depends A LOT on the circumstances surrounding the case. Also, you would need a high priced attorney and some pretty deep pockets for the fight. It would be interesting to hear from anyone that has actually used the MM act in court.
