Mad, luckily she has a 07 Corrolla S so there isn't a ton of surface area to wax. We spent a couple hrs on her car today, alot less than I'll spend on my truck. I get to wash, wax, and detailing my truck its an all day event.

Happy Sunday Evening. Slept for a better part of the morning. Didn't get home til about 0400. Wasn't at the bar either.

Bunch of the guys from work took all the Jeeps out to the desert for some fun. Had 10 rigs total. It was a blast. Night wheelin is kinda fun. Me and one of my heavy line techs were the only two brave enough to conquer a few of the waterfalls. Weren't too difficult.

Out of all the rigs - there was a blown up Dana 300. The guts are done. One of our managers ripped a whole in the sidewall...on the tires he bought a week ago yesterday. And then we had a stock 1997 Grand Cherokee....completely stock. He tore up two of his Michelin Highway tires in about 20 feet. Long night for him.

Other than that, not much going on. Just got back from Sams Club and got some stuff. Hope you all have a good evening.

i think the stiffer springs will work fine on my trans and i bet once i get dont it will show up too thats how life works, and i like haveing extra parts when i done rebuilding things, "where doese this go" head scratch, " i guess will find out"

like when i did my head the last time i ended up with one bolt i have no idea where it goes, but its a body bolt so who cares

found out one of the parts in my rebuild kit was machined wrong, have to make a call tomarrow

got my clutch in tho and my blue bell housing getting closer.

Evenin' all,
NW Houston, 73*F and Fair. Possible T-Storms in the forecast for tonight and tomorrow. Some big, bright, noisy and very wet, with possible small hail. Ahh the weather guessers.
The turtles, 5er and Bob enjoyed basking in the sun today. There was some June bug in their pool. They ate them up, and looked for more.
Everyone has been busy, and getting jobs done. Fronty can see the bottom of his job jar..
JB that night desert stuff sounds like a lot of fun. Do you run with lights off in just the natural light? Did that in the Bad Lands of South Dakota.
Washing and waxing the truck takes a long time for me. Full day at least. With some of the rains we have had wash in the rain. Good rinse, but there is so much crud in the air it still leaves water spots.
HAT, You still on vacation?
Clipped a coupon from the paper for a FREE Starbucks iced coffee, don't think that counts as F00-F00

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Davey. Nah, you have got to run with lights on. It is so dark out there you couldn't see anything in just the natural light. It was actually pretty nice once it cooled off.

Evening all

JB I would like to try bouncing around the desert one day. Guess that would be one thing thats on my to do list.

Didn't do a heck of a lot today. Took the trany out of the lawn mower to see if I could see what was wrong with it. Can't see any thing but never took one apart so don't really know. Gears are all right, nun broken. Shifter seems a little stiff, but might be normal if you don't have the leverage with the stick on the linkage. Lots of info on them, Foote transmisions, just have to sift through it.

Always, I just hate that when you end up with extra bolts, washers or whatever leftover. Everything works but extra parts. Why did they put them in there is the first place????

FO you have more than one jar on the go? I envy you, if I had a half a jar I couldn't keep up. What kind of laminate? Glue/Snap. Pics are in order.

Davey that iced Starblucks is on the border of the Foo Foo menu. Be careful, don't want you slipping into the dark side.Hahaha

Well it's past my bed time so better say good night. I'll be sleeping in tomorrow so try and be quiet. No drums or trash can lids. Something from Robin Mark would be ok though as wakeup music. Later

Starbucks, (properly known as Tenbucks because that's about what their coffee costs), IS ph00-ph00. Everytime I have it, which ain't often, I marvel at the fact that people actually pay for stuff that tastes that bad, is that bitter and costs that much! Even MY stuff ain't as offensive as that crud.

Next time, start the drinkin' AFTER you make your daily literary contribution to the breakroom... that way you might get it in the correct thread the first time!

Happy Monday! Up an' at 'em! Let's go, GO, GO! A whole new work week filled with wonder awaits you, let's greet it with the enthusiasm it deserves!

Coffee, tea, sweet tea for the trainer, and ph00 for the lounger is ready. Sinkers are fairly fresh this mornin' and not at all chewy!

chaikwa.

Mornin' all,
NW Houston, 73*F Fair. Hi 93 with 50-50 chance of heavy rain.
Exciting morning so far, took out the trash, sent wife to Dr appointment, put 5er and Bob in the turtle spa. Watched them devour a couple of June Bugs.
Breakfast Irish oatmeal, steel cut oats. A bit of honey and loads of fresh raspberries and blueberries. Chaikwa, I'm up and at um. Later I'll go get the FREE starbucks Iced PH00. I agree, most SB is harsh and bitter.
They don't sell coffee, they sell ambiance. Break room coffee is MUCH better.

HAT good hearty b'fast your having. The old style grits that are cooked have the flavor and texture.

JB go out on a night with a big moon and run the desert. Park and be still and watch the desert night come alive.
Tiptoe by TOP'S office, don't break his thinking. Who snores louder, Top, or the dragon.
Checking the job jar.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Hey strangers!
what is this "wash and wx " that you guys are speaking of?

been abusy couple of weeks.. we are house hunting and trying to make a deal on a 40 acre homestead, house was builtin 1900 and is still straight as a arrow.. solidly built!!
has 4 outbuildings, including a 100X60 Morton building witha concrete floor and 220 run to it.. wow, my own shop??

Been working on a couple horses, trying to get my own ready to run in teh Extreme Cowboy Race in August, and am working with the State and Nat. Parks service on restoring and repairing trails in teh area.. I need more to do...getting bored..

Pulled across the Flint Hills yesterday and last Friday, since i got the timing bumped, the old girl is pulling much stronger at teh 45-65 mph range, still bogs down whenstarting from a stop tho..
well, Its sleep time.. yall be safe and take care!!

A fine and wonderful day to the gang - - sorry I missed the foo yesterday, Hat - - just one of those busy days with church, committee meetings, company, and on and on. Didn't even get out for my suntanning. Boooo. Grabing now - - ummmm, good. No donuts - - oh well, too late for them anyway.

I am with you on that Starbucks coffee, Scott. I hate the smell of it just walking thru the airport. You can follow you nose to the nasty, bitter, burned smell down the aisle and there will be the Starbucks. How do they stay open and charge like they do???? Amazing. If you are going for fancy stuff, I think Seattle Best is much better tasting at much less money. We buy Chavalia - - it is shipped to us. Not real cheap but sure is good stuff.

I have to wax White Ghost too - - been way too long. I did get DW's done last week and it looks good. Must do hers first then working on mine does not prompt "So, when is mine going to get waxed, HONEY????." Big job - - my shoulder always tears me up when I am done even when using the power buffer.

OK, I am out of here - - have a great one, gang.

Bob
