Loyalist cafe, 22nd-29th

Morning, off to work. Went to a bon fire at my buddies house last night, he wanted to burn up all the tree debris from the October snow storm. Huge pile, once we got that going we used his tractor and plow truck and pushed his 12x12 former chicken coop into blaze. Oh boy, that's all I'm sayin for now. I'll post a pic later.

Have a great week folks

Mornin, buddy.

Dang it, that must have been some fire. Good thing they had a fire fighter there to show them what a real fire is.

Sorry I have not been around. Really busy, then really sick last week. Still fighting it a little. Up with a sick kid now.

Don't know if you guys saw my Tough Mudder thread, I had a blast, and recommend it to anyone that does any type of athletic competition. I'll try to get some pics up later.

Hope everyone has a good week. I'm going to start planning on going home to see the family for early March soon, that's exciting.

Morning gang,

I see no one bothered to put on the coffee, the ph00, hot water - - no donuts. Ran out and got some cimmmaaammuuummm (don't know how to speeel that one, so should be enough letters there to make it right) buns, cleaned the place up, washed the pots and made some good stuff. Dive in.

Wow, another week starting - - we were just here on the new thread about two days ago, wasn't it. Way too busy for retirement - - this is not right. Gotta figure this thing out. Been doing this long enough to have it right by now. Maybe just go hook up and take off somewhere - - then I can't be pulling weeds, trimming, painting, laying tile, pounding nails - - horrors, what would I do all day???? Besides, it's winter most places. Hmmm??? Keys???? Nope, jammed up with them thar Yankees who are smart enough to come to God's country. Oh well, stay home and get some work done.

Heading for church - - have a great day.

Bob

Coffee me. I'm thinking bacon and biscuits for breakfast.

Wife cooked up a feast this morning. P cakes, bacon, and eggs. The coffee is hot and good.
Cold, dark, windy, snowing, and blowing snowing this morning. I was starting to think winter was over for a minute.

G'morning all. Spent the evening with my new friend Bulleit Rye Whiskey and feel remarkably well all thing considered. I'm somewhat concerned at the quality of the stopper as I'm pretty certain I left the cork pushed all the way in and it still evaporated at a very, very fast rate

Time for some coffee and then a football game or two.

The cold weather does that, makes the warm juice evaporate.

Hmmmm.... Funny how this all fits together in a strange, random sort of way.

I don't. I'm trying to change that. Usually don't break 1000cal until after 2-3pm in the afternoon, which is bad. Then for supper I go really heavy. Basically it's a bad habit and it does my body no favors, especially trying to keep it in some kinda decent shape.

No energy from breakfast means my body is struggling most the day.
