I got an email from Lorenz the other day saying that he was looking back through his books and saw that I purchased his infinate rate coils. He asked me if he offered me a military discount. Well, I can't really remember back that far, but I do believe he did, so I told him that I think he did. Well, he told me that he was going to send me out a T-shirt and a hat for free! Now I bought this stuff from him what, like 3-4 months ago? And he still followed up like that? Bravo Zulu (basically a "good job" for all you non military folk!) to Lorenz for the outstanding customer service and support! It's pretty darn rare these days to find a company that actually seems to care about their customers! Try to get that kind of support from KORE or Banks!
