Kinda fun Geography test
Kind of a neat teaching tool. It also showed me that I am still terrible at Middle Eastern Geography.

If you need to cheat (I did) here is a map. http://www.rethinkingschools.org/sta...s/largemap.pdf

I was good throughout Eurasia and North Africa. Interior Africa...not so much. I'd guess it's because I've never been there and the darn names change every other year!

I wish I was as fine, as those who work the pipeline!
Ma, Bahrain is the little tiny dot next to Quatar... Supposed to be a really cool place... I will probably never find out, unless I go off shore.

Bahrain has a U.S. naval base there. We would fly resupply missions. It is different there than the rest of the middle east as it tends to be more westernized. Saudis go there to party and do things not allowed in Saudi.
Very, very humid place. Louisiana (or anywhere in the south) has got nothing on them for heat/humidity.
I recall one day I was there: 138* with 92% humidity. Of course that was the official temp from the wet bulb in the shade. Trust me when I say the flightline temps were much higher... the heat was melting the tires on the truck I was driving. A lot like pouring bleach on them. The old time truckers might remember that trick.

Not bad. Thats almost what I was looking for. I would like to find one for kids that you can do both timed and untimed. Still its pretty good but I wont tell you my score.
Thanks.
